The ancestor healing retreat was brilliant, deep and powerful. I had never done anything quite like this retreat and I found it fascinating and helpful. Daniel's teachings are unique and make shifts on different levels. He has great knowledge, and does important work so respectful of the land and culture. I learned so much at this retreat that I have already put into practice. Patriarchal, hierarchal religions are so dominant- at least in American culture - it's life-changing to be introduced to spiritual and ritual practices that remind us we can all access at least some of the wisdom and blessings of our ancestors by simply remembering how to ask and how to listen.

This was my first time in Ireland, while my ancestry is Irish. It was lovely to be looked after so well and feel the warm heartedness of the Irish people I met. I was surprised at the international nature of the workshop participants, many from North America, and also The Netherlands. It was lovely getting to know many of the participants, both in and outside of the formal retreat . There was a good mix of activities provided to help the socialising .

A few more comments: I'd love to do another retreat since it was an incredible experience, but as an under-resourced person, I can't foresee a time when I could justify the expense for myself. I did this because I am very interested in SIFS and taking Step 2 as soon as possible. I need to save my funds for things that will help me in my career, even though this was SO important for me as a person and for my own health. Testimonial: Susan and staff created and held a space that allowed me to move through my own protective layers and deeply connect with my body in ways that had been unavailable for so many years. It was a profound experience and I learned so much about myself and about how I might share this work with others.

Our retreat experience was outstanding! Ciara was masterful at taking care of the details so that the group could be fully present with the content. Toni, the retreat leader, was so excellent, I really don't have good enough words to describe. Far above and beyond our expectations, and we came away deeply nourished and enriched.
